Buyers receive a non-transferable, single-classroom use license unless otherwise stated.

All transactions are processed securely. Due to the digital nature of resources, all sales are final unless a file is defective or not as described.
5. Account Conduct
Users must:

6. Removal of Content

1. Our Guiding Principles

2. Islamic Content Standards
Creators must ensure that all Islamic educational content:
- Is rooted in Qur'an and authentic Sunnah, as understood by the early generations of scholars.
- Avoids sectarian, political, or controversial topics that may cause confusion or disunity.
- Uses respectful language when discussing Islamic figures or differences of opinion.
- Does not include images or depictions that contradict Islamic values (e.g., inappropriate attire, music, etc.).
Uloominate reserves the right to review, edit, decline, or remove any content that does not align with these standards.
3. Educational & Academic Integrity
All resources — Islamic or general — should:
- Be original works created by the vendor or used with full permission.
- Contain accurate information and age-appropriate materials.
- Avoid plagiarism, AI-generated content without review, or unverified sources.
- Respect intellectual property rights of others.
4. Respectful Communication
We expect all users to interact with adab (Islamic etiquette):
- Be polite and professional in messages, feedback, and reviews.
- Avoid arguments, gossip, or personal criticism.
- Give and receive feedback with kindness — we are all learners and teachers.
5. Community Conduct
To keep Uloominate a positive and productive space, users may not:
- Upload or share anything unlawful, offensive, or misleading.
- Engage in spam, solicitation, or promotion of unrelated products.
- Misrepresent qualifications, experience, or affiliations.
- Use the platform to promote political movements or sectarian ideologies.
Violations may result in removal of content or suspension of accounts.
6. Our Shared Responsibility
Every educator, parent, and vendor on Uloominate plays a role in maintaining an atmosphere of barakah and trust.
If you see content that may not meet our standards, kindly report it to support@uloominate.com. We review all concerns with fairness and confidentiality.
Refund Policy
When Refunds Are Granted
Refunds are granted only when:
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and the issue cannot be resolved.
- The product description was clearly misleading.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@uloominate.com within 7 days of purchase, including:
- Your order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation
We review all refund requests carefully and respond within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
