Uloominate provides a digital marketplace for educators and creators ("Vendors") to sell downloadable Islamic and academic educational resources to customers ("Users" or "Buyers").

Our mission is to support learning rooted in the Qur'an, Sunnah, and authentic Islamic scholarship (Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah) while maintaining academic and creative excellence.

• Uloominate serves as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.
• Vendors maintain full ownership of their original materials.
• Uloominate facilitates the display, promotion, and sale of products.
• We do not guarantee specific sales performance or product outcomes.

To become a vendor, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Submit accurate information during registration.
• Agree to our Community Guidelines and Ahl al-Sunnah Content Policy.
• Ensure your materials are your own intellectual property or properly licensed.

Uloominate operates upon Islamic ethics and values. All vendors must ensure that their content:

• Reflects authentic teachings of Islam based on the Qur'an and Sunnah, according to Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah.
• Avoids sectarian, political, or ideologically divisive material.
• Contains no prohibited (haram), offensive, or culturally inappropriate content.
• Promotes beneficial, respectful, and morally sound education.

Vendors agree to:

• Upload only original or properly licensed materials.
• Provide accurate product descriptions, images, and previews.
• Deliver high-quality, classroom-ready digital files.
• Respect copyright and refrain from plagiarism.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Uloominate will process payments for sales and remit vendor earnings on a monthly basis (or as otherwise agreed).

• A commission percentage (platform fee) will be retained by Uloominate to cover hosting, processing, and marketing.
• Vendors must maintain an active payment method (e.g., PayPal or bank account).
• Vendors are responsible for reporting their income in accordance with their local tax laws.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds may be issued only if:

• The file is corrupted or incomplete and cannot be fixed; or
• The product was clearly misrepresented in its listing.

Refunds will be processed after verification by Uloominate's support team.

• Vendors retain full copyright and ownership of their original materials.
• By uploading to Uloominate, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and sell your materials through our platform.
• You may continue to sell your resources elsewhere unless a specific exclusivity agreement is made.

Uloominate reserves the right to remove content or suspend vendor accounts that:

• Violate our Islamic content standards or Community Guidelines
• Infringe copyrights or intellectual property
• Engage in fraud, dishonesty, or unprofessional conduct

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Uloominate may retain limited data for record-keeping and legal compliance.

• Buyers receive a single-classroom or household license for personal use unless otherwise stated.
• They may not share, resell, or redistribute purchased materials.
• Unauthorized use or distribution is a breach of copyright and Islamic amanah (trust).

Users may not:

• Upload or sell non-original, copyrighted materials.
• Use Uloominate for political or sectarian promotion.
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to hack, misuse, or disrupt the platform.

Uloominate, its founders, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Damages or loss from use of vendor materials
• Errors in user-uploaded content
• Interruptions, data loss, or technical issues

We strive to maintain the platform's integrity with ihsān (excellence), but usage is at your own discretion.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage resolution through respectful dialogue in accordance with Islamic adab (manners) and fairness.

If necessary, disputes will be handled under the laws of [Your State/Country], unless otherwise agreed upon.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Uloominate after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Users will be notified of significant updates via email or dashboard notification.
